Students who have held a variety of on and off-campus internship positions will discuss the process of seeking an internship, the benefits of working for various organizations, and their learning experiences. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about seeking the ideal internship position.
Hannah J. Haas, the English Department’s internship coordinator, held undergraduate internship positions at Semiotica and Indiana Review in addition to working on the undergraduate literary magazine. As the Editor-in-Chief of Sonora Review and Associate/Assistant Editor at Madden Publishing, she supervised interns who performed critical functions as part of the staff. She currently teaches the online E398 and W398 internship courses.
Xavria Kent-Doolan has held internship positions at Das Fort Media and Indianapolis Monthly.
Patrick Stutz has earned internship credit for his work as a University Writing Center consultant and is currently an intern at Energy Improvement Matters.
Additional panelists have held positions for a variety of organizations.
